1 cup thick HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Dressing 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 tablespoons FRANK'S® Hot Sauce 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (not garlic salt) 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon celery seed or 1 tablespoon fresh celery or parsley leaves 4 flour tortillas 10 slices cooked turkey or chicken breast or thick ham 10 slices Monterey Jack cheese 2 large ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced 2 large avocados, peeled and thinly sliced (optional) 4-5 slices (about 2 oz) shredded crispy iceberg lettuce In a blender, combine dressing, cream cheese, hot sauce, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and celery or parsley. Warm the tortillas until soft. Make a layer of turkey, then cheese, and thin tomato slices on each of the tortillas. Top with shredded lettuce. Spread the sauce evenly over all, then make another layer as before. Bring the sides of the tortilla in, then roll up from the bottom until you've made a wrap. Place seam side down on dish before slicing each tortilla in half on the diagonal.
