CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
3 lb. fryer 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli 1 c. mayonnaise 10 oz. cream of chicken soup 10 oz. cream of mushroom soup 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. mushrooms 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 1 c. cashews 1 c. chicken broth 1/2 c. milk 3 c. Minute Rice Salt & pepper Chow mein noodles Stew and bone chicken. Mix all ingredients (except noodles), pour into 2 large casserole dishes and top with chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (or until bubbly and browned). Freezes well. |
