CREAMY FRUIT SALAD 
1 lg. Cool Whip
2 lg. cans pineapple chunks, drained well (save juice)
1 lg. can mandarin oranges, drained well
2 cans fruit cocktail, drained well
2 lg. cans pears. drained well
Mini marshmallows
3/4 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 egg yolks

In pan, combine 3/4 cup pineapple juice, 2 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 egg yolks. Cook mixture until thickened; cool. Combine with the Cool Whip and fruit mixture. Let stand for 1 to 2 hours before serving for added flavor.
