CREAMY HOLIDAY FRUIT SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, undrained
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (16 oz.) can pitted light sweet cherries, drained
1 c. red maraschino cherries, drained
1 c. green maraschino cherries, drained
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice; set aside. Combine egg yolks, sugar, and salt in heavy saucepan. Gradually add reserved pineapple juice, vinegar, and butter. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat; cool. Combine cherries, pineapple, and marshmallows in a bowl. Fold egg mixture into whipped cream. Pour over fruit, stirring gently to coat. Cover and chill.
