ESCALLOPED POTATOES 
5 raw med. sized potatoes, sliced
6 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. diced onions
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix potatoes and onions and place in greased casserole. Combine milk, butter, cornstarch and seasoning. Cook until smooth. Pour over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or so in uncovered casserole.
