PINEAPPLE SCALLOP | |
1 c. butter 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple (with juice) 1/2 c. cream (half and half) 4 c. bread cubes (8 to 10 slices) Cream butter with sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add pineapple, cream, and bread cubes. Mix well. Pour into 2 quart casserole and bake (uncovered) at 350 degrees for one hour. Serves 12. |
