SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
3/4 stick soft butter
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 lg. can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 can pineapple juice
8 to 10 pieces cubed, day old bread

Cream butter, eggs and sugar. Add pineapple chunks, juice and bread. Mix all ingredients. Bake in greased casserole pan for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Great with ham.
