PINEAPPLE SCALLOP 
1 c. melted butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
4 c. bread cubes
1 (29 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/4 c. milk

Combine butter, sugar and eggs in baking dish (9 x 13 inch works well); mix well. Top with bread cubes, pineapple and milk. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. (This recipe goes well with ham or turkey for traditional large holiday meals!) 10-12 servings.
