CHICKEN CHO'AMEE 
Salt and pepper to taste
4 chicken breasts
2 pork chops, diced
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 bell pepper, sliced
3 celery stalks, chopped coarse
1 (6 oz.) water chestnuts
1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped coarse
2 broccoli spears, chopped fine

Place breasts in baking dish. Cover with vegetables, season to taste. Add 3/4 cup water to soup. Stir smooth. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Baste frequently.
