CHICKEN BAKED PORK CHOPS 
5 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 c. Minute Rice

Season pork chops with salt and pepper and brown in Crisco. Place in long baking dish, sprinkle dry rice over pork chops. Mix soup and water in drippings in pan. Heat until bubbly and mixed well. Pour over rice and chops. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/4 hours or until chops are tender in 350 degree oven.
