PORK CHOP BAKE 
6 pork chops
1 c. raw rice
2 green peppers, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 can consomme

Cover bottom of pyrex dish with rice (13x9 inch). Brown pork chops in skillet. Place on top of rice. Put peppers, tomatoes and onions on top of pork chops. Pour 1 can of consomme over all. Bake 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours or until chops are tender. Cover loosely with foil.
