6-8 potatoes
2 onions
3-4 carrots
1-2 lbs. Polish sausage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel potatoes, carrots and onions. Chunk or slice. Mix together in baking dish, sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Chunk sausage and spread over top. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until tender.
