6 or 8 sweet Italian sausages
4 lg. potatoes
2 lg. green peppers
1 lg. onion
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. oregano, basil and garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cut sausage links into fourths. Peel and cut potatoes into 1 1/2 inch chunks. In baking dish combine all ingredients and toss well to coat. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven, 45-60 minutes or until potatoes are cooked and lightly browned. Stir occasionally during baking.
