STUFFED BAKED POTATOES 
1 lb. pork sausage meat
6 med. potatoes
6 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. salt
1 egg
3 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated cheese

Bake potatoes at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Meanwhile cook sausage (breaking with a fork until brown and thoroughly cooked); drain. Cut slice off top of potatoes and scoop out pulp. Mash pulp, add milk, butter, salt and egg. Beat until smooth. Stir in onion and sausage. Fill potato shells. Sprinkle with cheese under broiler or in hot oven until cheese melts and potato is hot.
