MOCHA SOAKA' | |
3 fl. oz. espresso (or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee) 1 1/2 cups club soda (cold) 1/2 cup low-fat chocolate milk or chocolate flavored soy milk 2-3 tbsp. chocolate flavored soy or whey protein powder Place all ingredients in a blender.Pulse until mixture is smooth and ingredients are thoroughly combined.
