RECIPE COLLECTION
“MOCHA SOAKA'” IS IN:

MOCHA SOAKA' 
3 fl. oz. espresso (or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee)
1 1/2 cups club soda (cold)
1/2 cup low-fat chocolate milk or chocolate flavored soy milk
2-3 tbsp. chocolate flavored soy or whey protein powder

Place all ingredients in a blender.Pulse until mixture is smooth and ingredients are thoroughly combined. Serve in cold glasses.

Makes 2 large or 4 small smoothies.

Variation: Can substitute regular chocolate powder if you prefer.
