BANANA SPLIT TORTE 
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour
2 sticks butter
2 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
4 lg. bananas
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 container Cool Whip

Mix first four ingredients and place in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. Cool crust. Then mix next 2 sticks butter, 2 eggs and 2 cups powdered sugar. Beat for 15 minutes. Put over cooled crust. Slice 4 bananas over above ingredients. Add can of crushed pineapple (drained). Top with Cool Whip.
