4 tbsp. butter 1/4-1/2 c. chopped onion 1 c. long grain rice 1 bay leaf Pinch thyme Parsley 1 c. chicken broth 1 c. white wine Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine broth and wine and heat in saucepan. Melt butter and saute onion until clear. Add rice and saute until rice is milky looking. Add all other ingredients; stir. Add broth and wine. Transfer to baking dish. Bake, covered, 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake 20 minutes. |
