CHICKEN HOTDISH | |
1 can cream of chicken soup 3/4 c. milk 1/4 tsp. season salt 2-3 c. cooked chicken or turkey, diced (I use Tyson frozen diced, chicken) 1 pkg. (10 oz.) mixed cauliflower, broccoli & carrots, frozen (thawed & drained) 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 can Durkee onions Combine above ingredients and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes in an 8 x 12 inch dish greased with butter. (Can use 9 x 13 inch.) Combine 1 cup Bisquick, 1 egg and 1/2 cup milk. Mix together and put on top of baked ingredients in a tic-tac-toe design. Bake for another 20-25 minutes. Top with 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese and other 1/2 can of Durkee onions. Bake another 5 minutes. |
