BISCUITS 
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. buttermilk
6 or more c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. baking powder

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar and combine all other ingredients. Stir with spoon until all ingredients are mixed together. Place dough in covered bowl in refrigerator. Mixture can be stored in refrigerator for 2 weeks. One cup makes approximately 6 biscuits. Measure out desired amount needed on lightly floured board. Knead lightly, roll and cut into biscuits. Place in greased pan. Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
