POLYNESIAN CAKE 
1 cake mix, yellow or white
3 boxes instant lemon pudding
3 c. cold milk
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. coconut
2 c. nuts

Bake cake as instructed. Prepare pudding mix using 3 cups of cold milk. When cake is cooled, spread pudding on. Spread pineapple over pudding mix then cover with Cool Whip and top it off with coconut and nuts.

Chill until ready to serve.
