ORANGE-GLAZED CARROTS 
6 to 8 fresh carrots
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
Juice of 2 oranges (about 2/3 cup)

Peel carrots. Cut into strips lengthwise. Cook, covered, in boiling salted water until tender. Transfer to shallow baking dish. Melt butter; stir in sugar and flour. Gradually add orange juice. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture bubbles. Pour evenly over carrots. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings
