BROWNIE CHOCOLATE CHIPS 
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. nuts, optional
1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate, peanut butterscotch chips

Combine sugar, shortening. Add eggs and cream well. Add vanilla, flour, salt and baking powder together. Put into floured and greased pan. Add chips on top of batter. Bake until golden brown. Bake at 350 degrees.
