CHOCOLATE CHIP BROWNIE PIE 
25 chocolate chip cookies
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Whipped cream (for garnish)
Chocolate curls (for garnish)

Cut 5 cookies in half; set aside. Finely roll remaining cookies. Combine cookie crumbs and 1/4 cup of melted butter; press on bottom and up side of 9 inch pie plate. In saucepan, heat remaining butter and corn syrup until warm; remove from heat. Beat in eggs, sugar, cocoa, and vanilla. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes; insert the cookie halves around edge of pie crust. Bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until set. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls. Makes 8 servings.
