HOMEMADE TACOS 
1 lb. hamburger
2 med. potatoes, cooked and mashed
11 oz. can of whole kernel corn, drained
1 tsp. cumin seed
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Hot pepper sauce, optional

SALAD MIXTURE:

1 head lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, diced
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 sm. can of black olives (pitted and chopped fine)

CHEESE MIXTURE:

1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated

TACO SHELLS

Combine meat mixture and spices together. Add corn, potatoes and stir. Prepare salad and grated cheese, set aside. Simmer meat mixture while preparing taco shells. Prepare taco shells according to directions on package (each different product has own way of preparing).

Place 3 large tablespoons of meat in each taco shell. Serve tossed salad and Cheddar cheese mixture in individual tacos.
