MOM'S CHERRY TOPPED PIE 
14 whole graham crackers
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jello instant pudding (vanilla flavor)
2 c. cold milk
1 c. thawed Cool Whip
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Line 9" square pan with whole graham crackers, breaking cracker if necessary to fill pan. Combine pudding mix and milk in bowl. Beat with mixer, lowest speed, until well blended. Let stand for 5 minutes, then blend in Cool Whip. Spread half the pudding mixture over crackers. Add another layer of pudding mixture and remaining crackers. Top with cherry pie filling. Chill for 3 hours.
