AUNT'S TURKEY SOUP 
Turkey carcass
Carrots, sliced
Celery, sliced
1/2 to 1 pkg. pearl barley
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 onion, sliced

Simmer turkey bone leftovers with water for several hours to make base. Remove bones from broth. Add carrots, celery, pearl barley, salt, pepper, and onion. Simmer.
