BUFFALO WINGS | |
2 pkgs. chicken wings 1/2 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. "red hot" sauce Oil (enough to deep fry) Cut wings at joints and discard tips. Deep fry at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until wings are light brown and crisp. SAUCE: Combine butter and red hot sauce. Coat wings in sauce. Serve with blue cheese dressing if desired. |
