ONION DILL BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
3 1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 unbeaten egg
1/4 c. water (very warm)
3/4 c. cottage cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. minced dried onion
2 tbsp. whole dill seed
1 1/2 tbsp. butter

Dissolve yeast in the water. Melt butter. In a large bowl add all ingredients except flour. Stir until smooth. Stir in flour 1 cup at a time. Beat until dough is smooth and elastic. Dough should be stiff. Turn out onto floured surface. Knead dough for 10 to 15 minutes. Place dough in a lightly greased bowl. Cover and let rise until double. Punch down. Divide into 2. Place in greased pans. Let rise until double. Bake in a 350 degree oven, 40 to 45 minutes.
