THREE-SEEDED COTTAGE BREAD 
3/4 c. small-curd low-fat cottage cheese
1 large egg
1 tbs unsalted butter
1/3 c hot tap water
2 tbs fresh minced onion
2 c. bread flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tbs. toasted sesame seeds
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
pinch cayenne pepper

Put all ingredients into bread machine or follow your user's manual. Select correct bread cycle and crust color, then press start.
