ONION-DILL BREAD 
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tsp. dill seed
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 pkg. yeast
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
1 egg

Mix 1 cup flour, sugar, onion, dill, salt, soda, and yeast. In sauce pan, heat cottage cheese, water, and butter until warm; add egg. Add to flour mixture. Blend on low speed until moist. Add additional flour as needed. Knead 5-8 minutes. Cover and raise until double, 1 hour. Grease bread pan or casserole dish (for round). Put dough in and let rise another 45 minutes to 1 hour. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
