MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
4 eggs
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. coconut
1 sm. jar marshmallow cream

FROSTING:

1 box confectioners' sugar, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. cream

Cream butter, sugar, cocoa and eggs; add flour, vanilla, nuts and coconut. Beat well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. While cake is hot, spread with marshmallow cream. Cool before frosting.

For frosting, mix ingredients over a double boiler.
