MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 jar marshmallow cream

Melt together 2 sticks of butter and cocoa. Beat eggs and sugar for 4 minutes. Mix together and add flour, vanilla and nuts and mix to smooth. Pour in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and spread 1 jar of marshmallow cream. Return to oven for 1 minute and spread cream. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes; then cool.

ICING:

1 stick butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 box 10X sugar

Top with butter, cocoa and sugar. (Add little canned milk to spread easily).
