MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can coconut
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. nuts

Mix sugar and butter, add beaten eggs 2 at a time. In another bowl mix flour, coconut and cocoa. Add flour mixture to first mixture. Mix and fold in nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Take from oven and spread on 1/2 of 7 ounce jar of marshmallow cream; let cool and frost.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
Milk enough to spread easily
