BEEF ITALIANO 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 s. red pepper, cubed
1 sm. green pepper, cubed
1 med. onion, wedges
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 1/2 c. instant rice
1 c. beef broth
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2-3/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves

Brown beef, peppers and onions in large skillet. Add tomatoes, broth and seasonings. Bring to a full boil, breaking up tomatoes with edge of spoon. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
