BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. stewing beef
4 pkgs. herbed beef broth
1 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. wide noodles
1 lg. can mushrooms
1/2 c. cooking sherry

Cut up meat and brown in oil, drain off all oil. When done mix beef broth with 24 ounces of water and add to meat. Add cooking sherry and simmer until meat is tender. Cook noodles. When broth is cool mix with sour cream to desired consistency. Add drained mushrooms. Heat and serve over noodles.
