BEEF STROGANOFF | |
3 to 4 lb. lean stew beef, cut in bite-size pieces 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix with water as on pkg. 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 c. chopped celery tops & leaves Dash of parsley 8 oz. sour cream Place beef with other ingredients except sour cream in crock pot. Cook 1 hour on high and 6 to 7 hours on low. Add sour cream just before serving. Serve over buttered noodles. Very good. May also be baked in oven, covered for 3 hours. |
