2 lbs. Nestles Quick
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. unsweetened baking cocoa
6 oz. powdered cream
8 qt. size box dried powdered milk (about 11 cups powder)

Mix all ingredients together and store in airtight container. Mix 1/4 to 1/3 cup in cup with hot water.
