HONEY LEMON CHICKEN 
1 frying chicken, cut up
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. honey

Melt butter in baking dish. Place chicken pieces in dish, turning pieces so that they are covered with butter and skin side up. Season chicken and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees, uncovered. Baste with hot honey and lemon juice and bake another 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Chicken can be turned once and keep basting with the honey and lemon.
