CHINESE HOT DISH 
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can turkey or chicken broth
3 c. turkey or chicken, chopped
1 c. celery, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 sm. can ripe olives, chopped
1 sm. can mushrooms, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chow mein noodles
4 oz. whole cashews

Combine first 7 ingredients. Fold in half the noodles and half the cashews. Place in baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle with rest of noodles and cashews. Bake 5 minutes longer.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
