CHINESE HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. uncooked rice (white)
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. bean sprouts

Brown meat and drain off fat. Mix all ingredients together and mix well. Place in casserole and cover. Bake 350 degree oven for at least 1 hour or until rice and celery are tender.

If you prefer to omit the soup just use an extra cup of water.
