STEAK CHOW MEIN 
2 lb. round steak, cubed
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. chili powder
5 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
2 (16 oz.) cans bean sprouts
1 (6 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Brown steak and onions with soy sauce, salt and pepper in nonstick skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Simmer covered, for 2 hours, or until steak is tender. Combine with chili powder and celery in saucepan. Cook for 30 minutes. Add green pepper and bean sprouts. Simmer for 2 hours or longer. Serve over noodles. May serve over rice or noodles.
