SQUASH PUDDING 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. water
2 c. cooked squash

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, cake mix, and water. Mix well. Add squash and vanilla. Pour in buttered and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees until brown. Make meringue with egg whites and pour over baked custard and bake until brown.
