SQUASH PUDDING 
2 c. cooked squash
2 tsp. cornstarch or flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 pt. milk
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Salt to taste

Blend all ingredients in casserole bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until solid or set. Yields 4 servings.
