LORNA DOON DESSERT 
1 pkg. Lorna Doon Cookies
1 stick butter

Crush cookies, add butter and press into 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees of 15 minutes. Let cool. In large bowl add 2 cups milk and 2 large boxes instant vanilla pudding. Mix at low speed for 1 minute. Add 1 quart butter pecan ice cream. Mix at low speed until well blended. Pour into cooled crust and spread 1 small container Cool Whip on top of ice cream mix. Top with 3 crushed Heath bars. Chill and serve.
