BROCCOLI CHEESE BAKE 
20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. flour, whole wheat or unbleached
6 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook and drain broccoli according to directions. Beat eggs well then add flour to egg mixture. Combine rest of ingredients with egg and flour mixture and put all in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
