BROCCOLI-CHEESE BAKE 
1/2 stick butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
1/2 c. strong cheese, diced
1/2 c. Minute rice, uncooked

Saute onion and thawed broccoli in butter. Add soup, milk, cheese and rice. Stir all together, top with more cheese and bake in 1 quart casserole dish for 1 hour. Serves 6-8. Half may be frozen to use at a later date.
