HOT CHICKEN AND CHIP SALAD 
2 c. cooked cubed chicken
1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
2 tsp. grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crushed potato chips
2 c. sliced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated American cheese

Combine ingredients, except cheese and chips. Put in casserole; top with cheese and chips. Bake at 450 degrees 15 minutes or until heated through.
