BANANA RAISIN BREAD 
1 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. mashed bananas (2 lg.)
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. seedless raisins

In large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In small bowl, combine bananas, milk, butter and eggs; blend. Stir in crumbs. Mix just until blended. Add raisins. Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake a 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
