RICE PUDDING 
4 c. whole milk
1/2 c. rice
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. Half and Half
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat milk in double boiler or crock pot, add rice. Simmer until rice is soft. Add sugar and salt and continue cooking until mixture is slightly thickened. Mix egg yolks and Half and Half and add to pudding. Cook a few more minutes. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
