2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
24 mini paper cupcakes
3/4 c. sugar
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling
24 vanilla wafers

Cream ingredients together until smooth. Place 1 vanilla wafer in a cupcake paper fill with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. While still hot put 1 teaspoon of cherry or blueberry pie filling on top of cheese cake. Can be frozen and used later.
